Grow Deep, Stand Strong, Go Wide
The Youth at OBBC are committed to being “Rooted” in God’s Word. Each Sunday and Wednesday night we balance fun and fellowship with the in-depth study and discussion of the Bible. Our goal, as believers, is to Grow Deep in the knowledge and understanding of the Scriptures. We know that being able to apply that knowledge to our lives will empower us to Stand Strong and encourage us to Go Wide and share those truths with others.
We are currently discussing what it means to be a “Missional Youth Group.” As we walk through Scripture we will see examples of both the command to be missional and people being on mission for God. Our goal is to take the principles we learn and apply them to our lives. Our series will break down what it means to: Be Welcoming, Be Serving and Be Reaching, and how we incorporate these ideas into our youth group and into our lives.
